Nautical Placemat Purse

This is a great summer purse! It has a nautical feel to it with the blues and reds.
Handles are blue grosgrain ribbon and have a drop length of about 10 inches.
Ribbon across top is red to bring out the red stripe in the purse. Initials or name
will look beautiful and bold in red or even in a dark blue to match.
